Pending Move Affirmation
Currently, if you do not live in Orange County, Florida, you must provide to the school, by the registration deadline stated in the magnet seat offer email, official proof you are a resident of Orange County, Florida, or you must provide at the time of your registration an approved Pending Move Transfer from the Office of Student Enrollment.
I understand that if offered a magnet seat I will provide documents that I live in Orange County, Florida, or provide an approved Pending Move Transfer from the Office of Student Enrollment on or before the registration expiration date in the magnet seat offer sent by School Choice Services to the parent email in the application.
Thank you for considering Orange County Public Schools as your choice for your child’s education. At this time, we are not accepting Out of County applicants. In our Spring/Summer Application, Out of County applicants may apply for a magnet school or magnet program during the designated summer application period. Seat offers to out-of-county applicants are contingent upon seat availability.
